Martin Adams, founder and Director of Routes To Growth, is a fully qualified professional business coach and consultant running the practice since 2010. In his corporate career, he was an accomplished deliverer at senior level in both commercial and operational roles with experience in start ups, turnaround situations (from adversity back to growth) and business development. Martin covered several different disciplines over many years as a director and managing director in companies covering the UK and International sectors.
He is a DiSC® Certified Professional in behavioural profiling. DiSC® profiles are a great insight into understanding our behavioural work styles in order to gain the best advantage in the work environment and in business.
